Tracy Winters is known for her work on Sunset Grill (1993), The Seventh Sign (1988) and Freddy's Nightmares (1988). She has been married to Time Winters since January 5, 2002. In addition to her supporting role as Tinsel’s disapproving mother, Tracy also helped support Tinsel’s Town creator David C. Barry by co-producing the series as well as with a huge assist in casting the lead role – David and Tracy combed through over 700 applicants for the role of Tinsel before they discovered Aimee-Lynn Chadwick.
